| Wazir holds election rallies | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 30: Addressing number of election rallies at various places in Gandhi Nagar constituency, the National Conference (NC) candidate of the constituency T.S Wazir criticized the previous coalition government for their failure to implement the developmental programmes as a result of which the budgetary allotments of money remained unutilized, to the detriment of people’s welfare. He appealed to the people to vote for the NC and strengthen the hands of Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah. He assured the people that if the NC forms the government they will ensure that the programmes with regard to welfare of people particularly the poor and backward classes are implemented faithfully. During the course of tour Wazir opened office at Shivaji Chowk, Nanak Nagar, Gandhi Nagar (Gole Mkt.) and Govindpura.
Impressed by the policies and programmes of the National Conference a number of people joined the NC and assured their full support and co-operation. The new entrants include Banarsi Lal Brij Lal, Sudarshan Ji, Girdhari Lal etc. |
