RAMBAN, May 18: Public Representatives and senior officers of District Administration and line departments today participated in Weekly Block Diwas meetings held in all designated blocks of the district Ramban. The teams of district administration also issued Domicile certificates, Character certificates and revenue extracts to the applicants during the Block Diwas meetings. The officers gave patient hearing to all the issues and demands projected by the People and PRIs. Several issues were resolved on the spot. The offices assured the public that the remaining issues would also be addressed in a time bound manner. During the Block Diwas meeting at Top Neel, DDC Councilor, Bashir Ahmed Naik, SDM, Ramsoo, Viqar Giri, Tehsildar and other officers participated. Responding to the issues, SDM impressed upon the officers to improve the service delivery system by resolving all their legitimate issues and send an action taken report to the administration. Similarly, Block Diwas meeting was held at Batote where BDO Sandeep Kumar listened to the issues of locals and PRIs. The PRIs and the general public put forth their issues and sought early redressal of the same. |
