| Government Pharmacists Association, highlights pending demands of health employees | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 20: Jammu & Kashmir Government Pharmacists Association, Jammu organized a press conference under the presidentship of KamalJit Sawhney, general secretary JKGPA to highlight the burning long pending demands of health employees
The main demands highlighted during the press conference are Departmental Promotion Committee (promotions) of all categories in the health department pending from the last four years. It was divulged that several posts are lying vacant in the health department and the service subordinate recruitment rules SRO-20 file was lying pending in the office of secretary, General Administration Department Civil Secretariat, Jammu for the last four months for final approval.
Sawhney while addressing the conference said that administrative department has failed to frame rules of promotion and leaving them with no other choice than to go to strike. He said the problems of female multi-purpose health workers and other staff getting salaries under Head -2211 have not been fulfilled.
The JKGPA General Secretary appealed to all health employees of the Jammu Division to suspend the work in all health institutions of Jammu division on 24-05-2022 from 10 AM to 1 PM to awaken the government from its deep slumber over the genuine demands of health employees. |
