| RS.38 cr army hospital building to come at Satwari | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Dec 1: The 166 Military Hospital Satwari is going to get a modern state of the art hospital building in next two years at a cost of Rs, 38 crore. The foundation stone was laid by Lt Gen Vinay Sharma, General Officer Commanding Rising Star Corps, in a glittering ceremony at Satwari, today. The main hospital is planned in four floors. While the ground floor will have accident, emergency department and General OPD along with parking area, dispensary and cafeteria, the first floor has been designed on the concept of Polyclinic, which has all specialist OPDs. Second floor has been designated as family ward complex and the third floor shall have Administrative block and auditorium. Special emphasis have been given to the safety of elderly and the hospital is planned to be disable friendly by providing adequate number of various facilities. With the new building coming up, there will be an additional boost to infrastructural facilities for the dependent clientele, said Commandant, 166 Military Hospital in his address. |
