RAMBAN, May 23: As directed by the National Legal Services Authority and Legal Service Authority of U.T. of J&K, District Legal Services Authority Ramban, under the guidance of Principal District & Session Judge, Haq Nawaz Zargar, who is also the Chairman District Legal Services Authority Ramban, is organizing National Lok Adalat on 13 August 2022 in District Ramban to settle Pre- Litigation and Post- Litigation cases to reduce the pendency of cases in the courts.
The DLSA Reasi has urged the litigants, general public that if any of them is interested to settle his/her dispute/Case pending in the Court or which is still to be instituted at pre-litigation stage, in the said National Lok Adalat amicably through conciliation and mediation shall approach to the concerned Court and get fixed his/her case/cases or contact PLVs at nearby Legal Aid Clinics who will help them how to apply to the concerned authority for settling their disputes in the said National Lok Adalat.
The pre-Lok Adalat sessions for settling the maximum cases/disputes efficiently shall be held between the parties.
All cases including Criminal Compoundable Offence; NI Act cases under Section 138; Money Recovery cases; MACT cases; Labour disputes cases; Electricity and Water Bills, Matrimonial disputes, Revenue cases, other civil cases etc would be taken up in the Lok Adalat. |
