| PP’s Anita challenges heavy weights in Marh | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Dec 2: Three JKNPP candidates including Anita Thakur, Raman Kumar Mishra and Mohinder Pal Singh Pandu today filed their nomination papers from their respective constituencies. Party General Secretary and candidate from Marh Assembly Constituency Anita Thakur, who filed her nomination papers today is tipped against heavy weight NC candidate Ajay Sadhotra. Chief Prof. Bhim Singh, Bansi Lal Sharma, State President and hundreds of party supporters were present at the time of her filing of nomination papers. Addressing the workers after filing nomination papers, Anita Thakur sought support of the general masses in the name of equity and justice to the common man on the street. She said that Jammu region continues to be discriminated by the rulers of Kashmir and to end this menace Jammu people must vote for Panthers Party to ensure that Prof. Bhim Singh is the next Chief Minister of the state, whose leadership is acceptable to three regions and people belonging to different communities. JKNPP candidate from Akhnoor Assembly constituency Raman Kumar Mishra accompanied by State General Secretary S. Daljit Singh and scores of party workers also filed his nomination papers. Addressing party workers General Secretary S. Daljit Singh said that Panthers Party has the privilege to have field educated and young political activists in the state to give new direction to the society and building strong democratic institution. Meanwhile JKNPP candidate from Jammu West Mohinder Pal Singh Pandu accompanied by State President Bansi Lal Sharma filed his nomination papers with great fanfare. |
