| JAMMU, June 1: Department of Computer Applications in collaboration with IT cell of GDC Ramnagar organized a special lecture on "Safe & Secure Passwords" as part of Cyber Jagrookta Mission of the Government. It was organized under the Patronage of Dr. Udhey Bhanu, Principal GDC Ramnagar and guidance of Prof. Suresh Kumar Dogra, HOD Physics. At the outset, Dr. Udhey Bhanu highlighted the importance of passwords in connection with the cyber security and lauded the efforts of the organizing team for spreading awareness about the same. Prof. Aditya Sharma, College Nodal Officer of Cyber Jagrookta cell and resource person for today's lecture, introduced the participants to the concept of passwords and also discussed the possible issues one may face on account of weak passwords. |
