| Bodhi files papers for Raipur-Domana | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 3: Bharat Bishan (Bodhi) BJP candidate filed his nomination papers from Raipur-Domana constituency at Revenue complex, Gole Gujral today.
He was accompanied by several leaders and over 5000 workers when he filed the papers.
Later, addressing his supporters, Bodhi said that the former MLA from the constituency despite being a cabinet minister for a long time did nothing for the development of the area and welfare of its inhabitants. He asked the electorate to judge the performance of the previous legislature before exercising their right to franchise and also cautioned them not to get swayed away by the hollow promises. He appealed the electorate to repose trust in the BJP and give him at least a chance to see the difference. He being the son of the soil as well as a farmer is fully aware of the peoples problems, he said adding that he will work whole heartedly to solve these. |
