JAMMU, June 3: Today JMC Corporator Ritu Choudhary along with others observe Shahidi Divas of Guru Arjun Dev Singh in Ward no 7 l,Jammu and distribute Shabil (sweet water) to people. Shahidi Divas of 5th Sikh Guru, Shri Arjun Dev Ji Maharaj was observed by the Sikh community across the region today. She added tht to observe Shahidi Divas of Guru Arjun Dev Singh today a function was organised by local committee af area were sweet water was distributed to locals we pray for the well being of society and say's that such kind of gathering show our true love o each other irrespective of caste or religion. A large number of devotees from Jammu areas attended the programme. A Guru Ka Langar and Chabeel of sweet water, were also arranged for the Sikh Sangat and general public on the occasion.Prominent social personalities who attended the function included S. Kulwant Singh Chairman, S Rattan Singh President, S Ranjot Singh President, S Jaswinder Singh General Secretary, S Devinder Singh Senior Vice President, S Gursewak Singh Cashier, S Inderpal Singh Vice President ,S Hari Singh and members of Committee. |
