Artificial limb fitment camp concludes

JAMMU, Dec 3: As part of its 'healing touch' policy the Bhimber Gali Brigade of the Army organized a five day artificial limb fitment camp in association with Bhagwan Mahavir Viklang Sahayata Samiti (BMVSS), Jaipur which concluded last night at Bhimber Gali.
The camp was inaugurated by Brigadier Vijay Pande, Commander Bhimber Gali Brigade.
Over 200 disabled persons of the twin border districts of Poonch and Rajouri were benefited by this camp. The affected civilians from far-flung places of these districts were brought to the venue under the arrangement of army. The Hamirpur battalion organized accommodation for them during their stay at the camp. Commander, Bhimber Gali Brigade assured the people of full assistance and continuation of such camps in future also to alleviate their problems.
