JAMMU, June 7: Department of Sports in Collaboration with NSS Units (Boys & Girls) & NCC Units of Govt PG College Rajouri conducted a national level online quiz competition on "Road Safety Rules" under the supervision of worthy Principal of the college, Prof (Dr) J.A. Qazi. The objective of the quiz was to educate specially the college going youth with concise and adequate information and heighten their level of awareness about road safety issues. Rakesh Puri, Director Physical Education, was the convener. Prof Supriya Gupta, Dr Naseem Ahmed, NSS Programme officers, Capt Tanveer Ahmed and Prof Salma Farooq, NCC officers were the organizers of the event. 400 participants from different colleges and universities participated in the competition. |
