| ADDC Ramban reviews progress under District Capax Budget, B2V3 | | |

RAMBAN, June 7: Additional District Development Commissioner Ramban, Rajinder Sharma reviewed the progress under District Capax Budget and B2V3 of district Ramban in a meeting held today at Conference Hall. Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Dhirendra Sharma, ACD Zameer Rishu, CPO Dr. Kasturi Lal, ACP Swaran Singh, DPO, Executive Engineers and other officers of various departments attended the meeting.
The meeting held threadbare discussion on the parameters fixed by the UT Government as deliverables to be achieved by different departments during 2022-23. The ADDC directed all the departments to submit reports in this regard as per format in the office of CPO for further compilation.
The ADDC took the stock of Physical and Financial progress on different projects sanctioned and taken up under different schemes. He also passed directions to the executing agencies and concerned departments to prepare estimates for new works, processing of e-Tendering, allotment of Works, completion of Works etc taken up under District Capex Budget 2022-23.
The ADDC directed the officers to put their sincere efforts to achieve the 100% targets under Area Development Fund (ADF) at DDC, BDC and Panchayat level besides ensuring the completion works sanctioned and taken up under B2V3. The ADDC also asked all the departments to get ready for preparing the GPDP plan which will be coordinated by the Rural Development Department. |
