Prize distribution ceremony of GTC-2022 held at Government Polytechnic

JAMMU, June 7: In the ongoing Grand Techne Competition-2022 organised by Baba Farid Group of Institutions, Bathinda in collaboration with Government Boys Polytechnic Jammu today the prize distribution ceremony was held. Principal Er. Ritu Jamwal was the Chief Guest of the ceremony along with Er. Amandeep Singh Dean BFGI, Harsimran Singh HOD BFGI and other prestigious guests distributed impressive cash awards and mementos among the winners of the different events.
Grand Techne Competition-2022 was organised with an objective to strengthen the concept of learning with healthy competition. The competition received huge participation from different Polytechnics colleges in which more than 250 Participants showed their skills. This event helped students in interacting with brains that have the same interest, skills and this will help in good networking and exchanging ideas.
Er. Amandeep Singh Dean BFGI while addressing the media said that our mission is to increase students' understanding and enthusiasm for Science and Engineering through innovative and engaging learning techniques. He said Baba Farid Group of Institutions will continue such events to enrich technical skills of budding engineers and will provide them with more such platforms where they can explore their learnt skills. He said Baba Farid Group of Institutions which is a leading Institute of North India is also providing a golden opportunity for the students of these polytechnic colleges to pursue their higher qualification from their college for which good scholarships will be provided to them. He said the group is managed by Dr. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal, an eminent educationist and Bharat Jyoti Award under the aegis of Baba Farid Vidyak Society, founded in 1993. The society aims to provide quality education to prepare young minds to face the competitive world on all fronts. Apart from providing world class placements, BFCET always takes its best foot forward for motivating its students towards research by organizing International Conferences, Seminars and Guest Lectures in its campus.
Neena Dulloo Training and Placement Officer played a key role for the successful completion of this grand competition. Er. Inderjeet Singh, Er. Manjeet Singh, Er. KS Bhatia, Er. Rajesh Gupta, Er. Munish, Er. Sanjay Koul, Er. Dalip Kolhi, Er. Saba Sheikh, Er. Vandana Chib, Er. Ashok Verma, Er. Manu Rajput, Er. Akash Dusgotra, Er. Shokat, Er. Sanam Gupta, Ajay Dogra, Vinod Singh, Suresh Kumar, Sandeep Singh, Manmohan Bhatia were among the jurists who accessed the students' performance. Er. Sandeep Singh Maan, Er. Gaurav Kumar, Atul Sudan, Rumit Gupta and Mohit Mehra from BFGI remained present during the eve.
