| NC says PDP founder member joined it | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 4: Najeeb Abbas Khan, PDP's founder member, joined National Conference in presence of party Patron Dr. Farooq Abdullah and President Omar Abdullah.
Najeeb, who hails from Amirakadal assembly constituency, while joining into the party said it is the people friendly program and polices of the National Conference that encouraged him to join this premier political party. He assured the party leadership that he will work untiringly for the party and will take its programs and policies to every door step.
"We should strengthen the National Conference and the hands of Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah for responsive governance, employment and peace so as to bring the state out of the mess that the outgoing coalition had created, he added.
Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah welcomed the joining of Najeeb Abbas into the party fold and said that doors of the party are always open for all those who believes in the programmes and polices of the party. |
