EARLY TIMES REPORT Banihal, Dec 4: JKNPP candidate from Banihal Assembly constituency, Sewa Singh Bali, President Ramban unit and State General Secretary (PTU) has sought votes from masses of Banihal, Ramban and its interiors in the name of equity, justice to end discrimination with the people of Jammu rural and hilly terrain. Addressing media persons here today, after filing his nomination papers from Banihal, Sewa Singh criticized the previous legislators of NC and Congress for not attending to burning problems of road network, bridges, and culverts, up-gradation of schools, electricity and drinking water supply. Sewa Singh assured the voters that if he is voted to Assembly, Banihal-Ramban on the National Highways would be made model towns, with full fledged emergency hospitals, upgraded subject-wise colleges, schools and management institutes. He said that he will put hilly area of Banihal constituency on the Indian tourism map. Sports stadium will be provided at the world famous meadow of Sargali and Mahu Mangant, Neel Top Sarvadar, Sunseri, will also be beautified. Every Panchayat will be provided with updated dispensary having adequate medicines. Mushtaq Ahmed, Block President Ramsoo (Young Panthers), Subash Singh, President (PSU), Mohammed Yusuf Sohail, organizer, Ranjit Singh Katoch, Chief Agent, Sajan Din, block Secretary, Ramsoo, Mir Chand Block Secretary, Ramsoo, Bashmir Ahmed, City President Banihal, Farooq Ahmed and Mohammed Ashraf were also present on the occasion. |
