| PM visiting Jammu region | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 4: Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, is likely to visit Jammu and Kashmir on December 9 to campaign for the Congress. He is likely to visit Shangas constituency in south Kashmir where the Congress has fielded Gulzar Ahmed who had lost the 2002 poll by a very narrow margin. Manmohan Singh is also visiting Kathua on the same day.
Party sources said that the Prime Minister or the AICC Chief, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi may visit Srinagar and Jammu to campaign for the party candidates whose fate was going to be decided during the seventh phase.
