BJP J&K Mahila Morcha spokesperson organizes blood donation camp

JAMMU, June 13: BJP J&K Mahila Morcha spokesperson Ritika Trehan today organized blood donation camp to mark eight years of Modi government here at a local hotel. The blood donation camp was organized under supervision of team of doctors from JMC including Dr Anu & others.
100 prominent persons donated blood on the occasion. BJP UT General Secretary Ashok Koul was present as chief guest while as former Dy CM Kavinder Gupta, BJP Mahila Morcha J&K President Sanjita Dogra, BJP District Jammu President Vinay Gupta were present as guests of honour.
Koul said that Modi government is committed to ensure wellbeing of all the people through a strong and stable government. He claimed that the many welfare programmes launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi are a testimony of his commitment to people's welfare. For the first time, J&K has seen a government which is seriously concerned about what the needs and aspirations of its people, he said.
Koul said that India's position and prestige has grown considerable at the international level since Modi became the Prime Minister in 2014. Before the Modi Government people did not know the meaning of freedom or independence but today all the people of the country can enjoy the real taste of freedom and dignity, he said.
Koul said that all the programmes/policies taken up by the central Government and LG government are meant for the welfare of people and they are guided by long term visions, he continued. He said that BJP government is committed and firm on providing benefits of all social and economic welfare schemes to each and every section of the society particularly to those who have been left behind in the race of development.
Kavinder Gupta said that during eight years of Modi rule, in each and every scheme government the focal points are villages, poor, Dalits, deprived people, Backward Classes, youth and women. He said that the government has announced several pro-people and pro-poor policies and programmes that have touched the lives of all sections of the society. He said that it has also taken many initiatives to boost India's security and safety and take the country on the path of prosperity and growth.
BJP Mahila Morcha J&K UT Spokesperson Ritika Trehan in her address thanked and congratulated participants and also the BJP senior leaders for making blood donation camp highly successful and giving their massive support to her for organizing such camps in future also. Trehan said that by doing service to people, BJP workers have changed the image of political party workers.
"Crores of BJP workers left no stone unturned to serve humanity during one of the toughest moments of our life. By serving selflessly with full devotion and dedication the Bharatiya Janata Party workers presented before the world how a political party can serve the people and that public service is one of their main tasks," she said.
