Jammu, June 16: Jammu Sanskriti School,Jammu organises 12-days long Summer Camp in School premises with a vast range of Fun-filled activities.These activities include prelim training in Public speaking, Personality development, Cakes and Bakes,varied dance forms- Classical,Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Aerobics, Music- vocal & Intrument). Rohini Aima(Principal cum Vice-Chairperson) wished all the teachers on Summer Camp duty and encouraged them to give their best.
Overall response of the camp was awesome. The students showed enhanced speaking skills,confidence and they are infact more independent.
We feel that Summer brings is shine and it’s the time to step out for making experiences into memories.Summer Camps provide platform to explore the unexplored and gather the most memorable experiences of life. The valedictory program of Trail Blazers started with the lighting of lamp by the prestigious guests in presence of Rohini Aima (Principal cum Vice-Chairperson), Avneet Kour Budhraja (Vice-Principal), Prabhjot Kour (Headmistress), Varuna Mangotra (Superintendent of Curriculum & Instructions), Nidhi Kohli (Principal Kindergarten).The guests of honour to grace the occasion were Rashiv Sharma (CEO Chocolate Planet), Priya Gupta (CEO Chocolate library) and Mr.Sumeet Sharma (Theatre professional from Natrang). Sonakshi Anand (Dir.Operations), Harleen kour(Trustee), Harmeet kour (Asstt.Coord Pre-Pry wing), Pooja Wazir (Asstt.Coord Pry wing), Pallavi and Deepika (Asstt.Exam.Inch) were the special invitees. Different dance forms were exhibited in Fusion.The students greatly showed learnt skills in Yoga ,Tae-Ko-wando ,football,etc .Likewise Dance and music presentations enthralled the audience.
The skits were also exhibited ,one of which left the viewers Spell-bound, based on Dowry system: a social evil. Rohini Aima addressed the participants of Summer Camp and advised them to practice the learnt skills/specialities in Summer Camp at home also. Little Sanskritians tapping on the stage were the attraction of the program. The function culminated with the felicitation of Special invitees and guests of honor by the Principal mam along with management members.
