| ABVP organizes seminar on BD infiltration | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 4: A seminar on ‘illegal infiltration of Bangladashi’, was organized by the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) at the campus of University of Jammu here today.
Former Union Minister, Prof. Subramaniyan Swami, who was the main speaker on the occasion said, that Bangladeshi infiltration is affecting the resources of the country and making imbalance in the country’s demography set up. He hailed the efforts of ABVP in making student community aware about the cause. He also demanded that strict laws should be framed and illegal infiltrators should be sent back to Bangladesh.
Sriniwas ABVP National secy appealed the student community to participate in “Chalo Chiken Neck” on 17th of Dec in which about 50, thousand Karyakartas of ABVP are going to demonstrate at Kshanganj (Chicken Neck) against this illegal infiltration. He said, around the country ABVP is awakening society on the security issue of the nation by organizing seminars, distributing pamphlets, wall writing etc. He also appealed the society to economically support the students for this genuine national cause.
Other who were present in the seminar include Hari Borikar, Dr. Narinder Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Kishore Attri, Raj Vir Manhas, Vishal Mahajan, Ajay Sharma, Prof. Dhian Singh Ballu and Dr. Rakesh Sharma. |
