JAMMU, DEC 4: In light of the Model Code of Conduct currently in operation in connection with the J&K Assembly Elections 2008, the General Administration Department has issued a Circular today advising all the departments not to consider or recommend any large scale transfers and posting of the officers/officials till such time the Model Code of Conduct is in force. |
