JAMMU, June 22: Ritu Singh, founding chairperson FICCI FLO Jammu Kashmir Ladakh conducted live workshop on health for mothers & children with Dr. Mitali Gupta & Sanaa Gandotra at S-Four super market.
The FICCI FLO Jammu-Kashmir & Ladakh under the guidance of its founding chairperson conducted an insightful workshop with senior executive member Dr. Mitali Gupta (Dietician) and entrepreneur (member FLO) Sanna Gandotra at S Four Supermarket, Channi Himat, Jammu.
The session started with the Gayatri mantra followed by a highly motivating talk on health and alternative eating habits by Dr. Mitali who kept the audience in raptures with her words of wisdom. Sanaa supported the talk by showing the various alternatives to the otherwise harmful food items often consumed amongst mothers and children and spoke about the benefits of products that she has curated especially for the cause.
Ritu Singh laid emphasis on reviving the traditional methods of cooking and its benefits and congratulated and thanked the moderators. The children prepared placards and their views proactively in the session making it a grand success. The dession concluded with the powerful mool dharaa meditation to balance mind body & soul and healthy refreshments were served to all those present consisting of salads & freshly made detox water.
