| Vote Congress for progress: Charak | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT BISHNAH, Dec 5: Congress candidate for Bishnah assembly segment, Gulchain Singh Charak vigorously campaigning in the constituency today visited border areas and appealed to voters to vote en-mass in favour of Congress candidate at the time of polling. While addressing he said that congress led government besides executing mass development works in the state, has also put great focus on the restoration of normalcy, communal harmony and good governance, a relentless fight against militancy and corruption and creation of massive infrastructure for overall progress of the state and succeeded to large extent. On the administrative front, he said, bold innovative and historic decisions were taken to make administration accessible, transparent, accountable, responsive and efficient. He said work culture was introduced in the government offices which was lacking since decades. He said if voted to power, Congress party will leave no stone unturned. In making this state a complete progressive and peaceful state which would be an example in the country. He assured the people of this belt that he is seized of their issues and would be taking them with concerned authorities vigorously after elections are over. Raghunandan Sharma, Buta Singh, Tilak Raj, Batan Singh, Lekh Raj and Shadi Lal Bhagat also spoke and appealed public to vote for Congress party for their overall development. The villages were Gorian Chax, Jabewal, Trewa, Kotli, Bhagban, Pind Khurad etc. |
