12/6/2008 10:53:39 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 6: President Mahila Congress Indu Pawar has appealed to the electorate to ensure victory of the Congress nominees for carrying forward the on going process of development in all parts of the state.
Addressing a series of election meetings and door to door campaign in various parts of Udhampur and Reasi districts alongwith a team of dedicated Mahila Congress activists, Pawar enlisted the achievements of the Azad led government in the state during short span and asked people to stamp for continuing this process of peace and development.
The Congress has ensured balanced and faster development in all parts of the state which remained neglected during the previous regimes. The Congress is the only party which does not believe in divisive politics and hallow slogans. What the Congress promised in 2002 has been fulfilled to the maximum extent despite constraints of a coalition government.
