| Sambyal addresses election rallies at Billawar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 8: Hectic campaigning in favour of Congress candidate of Billawar constituency, Dr. Manohar Lal has been launched by Congress Seva Dal Chief B.S Sambyal.
During the campaigning Sambyal appealed the voters for over all development of constituency vote en-mass in favour of party candidate who is the right candidate of the area. He said if party is voted to power all un-employed will be provided employment under a special package went for rural youths.
Among others who accompanied were Rajni Sharma and J.K Kaul and appealed the voters to vote in favour Dr. Manohar Lal. |
