| Dharampal intensify election campaigning | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 8: The congress party nominee for Marh constituency Dharam Pal Sharma intensified his election campaign and opened election offices at Gou-Manhasan, Gole-Gujral and Marh today.
Addressing gatherings on the occasion Sharma urged the electorates to reject the forces of communalism and casteism who are posing a threat to the secular and social fabric of the country. Welcoming the election results in five states, he said people have voted for the policies and programmes of congress party which takes care of every section of the society. Sharma said that Congress alone can lead the nation and state towards progress and prosperity and maintain unity and integrity of the country. He said that certain forces are using religions and caste division for their vested political interests.
He on the occasion assured the people for all round development and fight for the rights of Marh constituency which has nominal development despite on outskirts of winter capital of Jammu. |
