Unprecedented rush of yatris at Mahajan Bhawan

JAMMU, July 19: There is unprecedented rush of yatries going to Shri Amarnath Pilgrimage this year. In order to meet the surging requirement of the pilgrims coming daily from all parts of the country and deputed to Mahajan Bhawan at Shalamar Road Jammu, the Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha have added more man power of the dedicated members in the team and also increased, the supply of ration items for providing sufficient quantity of breakfast in the morning followed by lunch prashad through out the day till the yatries after getting yatra cards from the Government Registering Agency established in the main Hall of the Sabha and they , thereafter, proceed to Bhagwati Nagar Yatri Niwas, in the evening , to undertake further Journey to Holy Cave Shrine under the management of the Government.
Today's Langer was sponsored by Subash Gupta Vice President of the Sabha in the Loving memory of his better half Rita Gupta. Dr. Neelam Gandotra and Dr. Jagdish Gandotra also contributed in today's Langer.
Dr. Raghav Langer , I.A.S Secretary , Planning Development and Monitoring Department who graced the occasion by his presence , alongwith Romesh Chander Gupta President of the Sabha inaugurated the today's Langer. Shiv Partap Gupta Senior Vice President and Sanjay Mahajan General Secretary, Arun Gupta President CCI and Dinesh Gupta Corporator were also present on the said occasion.
C.P.Gupta and Mukesh Mahajan have been looking after the Press related matters and protocol arrangements in the campus. Balbir Gupta and Yash Paul Gupta are the Incharge of the Langer.
Surinder Gupta and Subash Gupta have been assigned important duty of General Surpervision over the day's acitivities. Dr. Mohan Lal Gupta maintains financial account of the day.
The members of the team who performed duty at the Langer counter include Vijay Gupta, Satish Gupta, Dasrshan Gupta, Romesh Gupta (Bartan Wale), Rajneesh Gupta (Pinki), Suresh Gutpa, Rajan Gupta & Rajesh Gupta.
More than 1100 yatries came today at Mahajan Bhawan. The Langer concluded at 5 P.M. with a word of thanks from the President, to all the members of the team who jointly made the today's Langer very successful.
