As soon as the senior officials came to know about the matter, after verification it was found that the lady is same woman who tried to run over the ASI of the traffic cop as a result of which the senior police officials immediately rush to the spot and arrested the women- not before she hit a local female journalist and injured her while she tried to flee from the spot.
The ‘brat’ woman this time also created ruckus and assaulted the lady cops who were part of the team that had reached the spot for detaining her. “She was really a threat for the commuters - We have formally arrested her and seized her vehicle” said a senior police official, adding that the law will take its own course. “Law didn’t differentiate between genders- it is equal for everyone and we followed the due course of the law while arresting her” the police added.
