Early Times Report

JAMMU, Aug 3: Arun Prabhat, President Jammu Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has asserted that massive as well as proactive participation of people especially youth in the Tiranga Rally in Kashmir proves that the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A has delivered the desired results on ground. He stated this on his arrival from Kashmir to Jammu here today.
The BJYM head was accorded a rousing reception on his arrival in Jammu after holding the historic first ever Tiranga Rally in Kashmir since independence. BJYM had organized a welcome rally on the occasion to welcome their leader at the Jammu Tawi Railway Station. After being profusely garlanded by the party workers and activists at the station from where he was taken in a massive rally to the Party Headquarters at Trikuta Nagar.
Addressing party workers on the occasion, Arun Prabhat said that this campaign is being carried as part of the celebrations of the glorious 75th Independence Day of India under the programme titled ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ launched by the Modi government. He said that the Tricolour flag is the honour and pride of every Indian and therefore it was decided to make the Kashmir Rally more special through massive participation along with the locals.
Expressing happiness over the people’s enthusiastic response and participation in large numbers in the Valley, he said that during his interaction with the people there he was told that this is the first time they witnessed such type of rally with the Tricolour flags fluttering all around and creating an atmosphere of patriotism and citizens’ duties towards the nation. He said that it is the duty of one and all in India irrespective of political or other affiliations to ensure proactive participation to make the “Har Ghar Tiranga” movement a grand success thus creating a highly patriotic temper across the nation.
Arun Prabhat asserted that the historic rally in Srinagar witnessing huge participation of people especially the youth has proved that abrogation of Article 370 has delivered the desired results especially in terms of strengthening J&K’s integration with the rest of the nation. He said that full credit goes to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for bringing the drastic transformation on ground in J&K especially in Kashmir.
Arun Prabhat made a fervent appeal to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to hoist National Flags (Tirangas) at prominent places on the roof tops of their houses to show solidarity with fellow countrymen expressing pride and magnanimity of the nation and the Tricolour through massive display of Tirangas.
