Early Times Report

Samba, Aug 3: Ever since the BJP government has announced 3 seats by dividing Samba district under delimitation, the panchayats of Rajpura block which have been linked with the newly created Ramgarh seat, have registered a protest against going with the Ramgarh seat. Even when the Delimitation Commission came to Jammu to take suggestions, the people of Raipura block had lodged their objections that they should not be clubbed with the seat of Ramgarh.
But even after registering the complaint, no one was heard. Since then, anger against the BJP had started rising in those panchayats. Former state minister Yashpal Kundal held a meeting in Rajpura block and sought support for himself in the coming assembly elections.
During the meeting, the sarpanches, panches and dignitaries of Rajpura block announced their support to Yashpal Kundal in the coming assembly elections.
People of rajpura said that the faith with which all the people of Rajpura had voted for BJP in 2014 and 2019, BJP has not lived up to them. Even after reading and getting degrees, their children are wandering and crying on the streets and when their children go to seek jobs from the government, they are lathi-charged by the government. In Rajpura block, many people are temporarily serving in the PHE department. Yesterday, when those people went to ask for their rights, these people were also lathi-charged by the government. That is why he has decided with one mind that he will support Yashpal Kundal in the upcoming assembly elections and will teach a tough lesson to BJP.
While Addressing , Kundal said that the people of Rajpura block have reposed faith in him, they promise that they are standing with the people of Rajpura block in every difficulty, all the time.
He said that if the public elects him and sends him to the assembly, then the people of the border will get rid of the problems they have been facing since independence. and on the matter of employment, then as much as possible he will ask the government for jobs for youth, Will start special recruitment especially for the youth of the border.
