| NC to take state on road to progress: Rana | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Doda Dec 11: National Conference is the only premier political party, which is committed for equitable development and distribution of resources and for secularism, brotherhood and tranquility among all the three regions of the state and party after coming to power will usher an era of unprecedented development in the state, said Devender Singh Rana MLC while addressing series of election meetings and road shows at Marmat, Khaleeni , Goha and Hambal areas of Doda constituency in support of Khalid Najeeb Suharwardy party's candidate. Rana who was accompanied by Dharamveer Singh Jamwal Deputy Mayor and Aijaz Ahmed Jan, Provincial Secretary YNC, said. that the coalition partners, during their six years rule brought unemployment, corruption, sky rocketing prices of essentialities, mis-governance which created chaos and confusion adding that Congress, PDP and the BJP have nothing to show to the people as to what they have done for the people of the state barring false promises and hollow slogans from which the people of the state are fed up. Rana said the need of the hour is a stable one party government to steer the state out of the overall morass created by the erstwhile Congress-PDP government. Appealing the electorates to vote for Khalid Najeeb Suharwardy, Rana said the people of the Doda constituency are testimony to the political career of Suharwardy and his commitment to their (People's) welfare and his tryst for development of the constituency over the last so many years. Aijaz Jan and Dharamveer Singh Jamwal who spoke on the occasion urged the electorates to come forward and strengthen the hands of party and its leadership by casting their valuable votes in favour of Suharwardy. |
