UDHAMPUR, Aug 11: Continuing with the mission of empowering the youth of remote region of Banihal, Indian Army took an initiative to shaping an instituting a Motivational Gallery at Govt Degree College, Banihal. Commanding Officer, Rashtriya Rifles inaugurated the ceremony in presence of Dr Manohar Lal, Principal, Govt Degree College, Banihal, 20 college staff and 300 students. The initiative aims to inculcate motivation among the young students and teenagers of the area.
The motivational gallery apart from war heroes included prominent achievers of all fields of civil services, sports and scientists. The response from inquisitive and enthusiastic students was heartwarming. The initiative was broadly appreciated by the college authorities and students. |
