JAMMU, Dec 11: The students of Jodhamal School who participated in the recently concluded National Championship of Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) held at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa won top position in Hindi and Folk song category.
In the competition 52 schools of the country took part. On the occasion national working president of BVP hailed the performance of Jodhamal students.
Students who took part were Kimti Manawa, Shamma Zohra, Ayaz Khan, Manik Vaid, Zain Zulfikar, Ritika Bharaj, Rakshanda Thakur, Harkour and Sahil Nanda. Music teachers were Poonam Mahajan, Shruti Sharma and Ashok Kumar and the musician accompanied the students were Rakesh Anand and Darbari Lal. |
