| JKMPCL distribute Lumpy Skin tablets Free of Cost to farmers | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 23: Jammu & Kashmir Milk Producer Cooperative Limited was organized awareness camp in 6 districts (Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri, Reasi) of Jammu division with the main objective to aware farmers about a new disease found in animals whose name as Lumpy skin disease and provided them free medicines to 50,000 farmers of 500 villages through village societies of JKMPCL in various districts of Jammu Division.
JKMPCL Field Incharge Mushtaq Ahmed informed that these medicines have been distributed in 500 villages of Jammu Division so far. Along with this, He also told the ways to avoid this disease.
Secretaries of societies and farmers of Jammu Division who associated with JKMPCL are participating in these camps and expressed their gratitude towards JKMPCL.
They said the work of JKMPCL is appreciated and it has saved the only source of income of many farmers. These medicines gave relief to the animals from a disease called Lumpy.
The board and management of JKMPCL immediately ordered these medicines and made them available to the farmers at the right time so that they too can feed their animals at the right time.
JKMPCL is the only Cooperative organization of Jammu & Kashmir, in which various types of facilities are provided to 50,000 farmers such as Cattle Feed steel utensils to ban plastic, Insecticides for animals. |
