| ‘Coalition rule an unfortunate era’ | | | EarlY Times Report Jammu Dec12- Terming six years Congress-PDP coalition rule as the most unfortunate in the history of the state, Provincial President J&K National Conference Women’s Wing, Bimla Luthra has urged the people to come forward and weed out Congress and PDP, who during their regime not only ditched but deceived the people of the state.Bimla Luthra, accompanied by Manveer Kour, Pinki Khalsa and Harvinder Kour, while addressing series of election meetings in Nai Basti and Khanpur in Nagrota assembly constituency in support of Ajatshatru Singh said the coalition partners, during their rule brought unemployment, corruption, and sky rocketing prices of essentialities which created chaos and confusion.
"Barring false promises and hollow slogans the Congress, PDP and the BJP have nothing to show to the people as to what they have done for the people of the state", she said adding that these political parties cannot befool the people any more with their cheap hollow slogans as the people are wise enough to see through their political gimmick.
She made a fervent appeal to the voters of the constituency to strengthen the hands of party and its visionary leadership by casting their valuable votes in favour of party the candidate Ajatshatru Singh, who, she said, is committed for the welfare, wellbeing, upliftment and development of the people of the constituency.
