INS Vikrant reflects emergence of New India: Ritika Trehan

Jammu, Sept 4: BJP Mahila Morcha J&K Spokesperson Ritika Trehan today hailed dedicating INS Vikrant to the nation and unveiling of the new Navy flag by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She said this new ensign reflects the emergence of a New India, which is proud of its rich cultural heritage, doing away with the traces of the colonial past. She added that it is inspired by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, who built a strong navy to secure the maritime borders with his foresight, this ensign makes every Indian feel proud of our rich and glorious culture. She expressed gratitude to Prime Minister and congratulations to all the Indians.
Ritika further said that after becoming the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is making continuous efforts to make the country's forces the most advanced and modern in the world. In this series, INS Vikrant giving wings to the India’s unwavering spirits and symbolizing the indigenous might and commitment of New India, was dedicated to the country by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Ritika further said that India's first indigenously designed and built aircraft carrier INS Vikrant is not only an expression of New India but also an assurance of greater capabilities for national security and global welfare. She said the induction of INS Vikrant into the Navy is a tribute to the rich naval might of the Ahom, Maratha, and Chola rulers of ancient India. She said the aircraft carrier's motto 'Jayama Sam Yudhi Competition' reflects the true spirit of the Indian Navy. INS Vikrant Samudra will set new dimensions for India's security, she added.
