Can’t Trust Pakistan
9/7/2022 10:45:53 PM

For the first time after February 25, 2021, Pakistan Rangers violated ceasefire along Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu’s Arnia sector on Tuesday. The jawans of Border Security Force gave a befitting reply forcing Pakistan Army commanders to come on the table to diffuse the matter.
Reply given by the BSF jawans sent a clear message to Pakistan that it cannot indulge in misadventures and it tries to do so all its actions will be repelled. Soon after the truce violation Pakistan Army commanders established contact with the BSF and passed on the request for the “Flag Meeting” in which it was decided that both the sides will exercise restraint.
Past experiences stand testimony to the fact that Pakistan cannot be trusted.
It has always made attempts to vitiate peace and keep the conflict alive.
This year alert Indian troops haven’t allowed the terrorists sent by Pakistan to infiltrate and this has left the terrorist bosses exasperated. It seems they are seeking the help of Pakistan Army to push in the infiltrators and Tuesday’s unprovoked firing in the Arnia sector could have been an attempt towards providing cover to the infiltrators but the befitting reply by the BSF turned the tables on the conspirators.
India and Pakistan on February 25, 2021 had announced to strictly adhere to a ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) and International Border (IB) in J&K.
The Director Generals of Military Operations of India and Pakistan had reviewed the situation along the LoC and all other sectors and agreed upon achieving mutually beneficial and sustainable peace along the borders since then not a single shot has been fired along the IB and 744-km LoC thereby bringing relief to the hapless villagers on either side of the border.
The ceasefire holding on seems to have not gone that well the terrorist bosses and they seem desperate to once again flare up the LoC so that they can push in the terrorists.
Indian soldiers manning the LoC and the borders are aware about the nefarious designs of people sitting on the other side.
They know that the other side cannot be trusted and a strict vigil needs to be maintained as one can expect anything from Pakistan.
