| Truck with different Number plates seized at Lakhanpur | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 13: The alert staff of the Excise Toll Post Lakhanpur under the supervision of the Dy. Excise Commissioner B.A Saraf seized a truck with different number plates.
As per a release during physical check of the vehicle bearing registration No. PBO6D-2184 loaded with Desi Ghee, found two more number plates in the vehicle viz HR55A-4253. The necessary action under Toll Act has been taken and a penalty of Rs. 31,640/- has been recovered from the driver namely Kuldeep Singh S/o Veer Singh r/o Simtta, Distt. Chamba (HP). The vehicle along with documents is being handed over to Commercial Taxes Check Post Lakhanpur/Motor Vehicle Department/ Police for further action at their end as warranted under Law, the release added. |
