Bharat Scouts & Guides celebrates peace day

JAMMU, Sept 21: Jammu and Kashmir Bharat Scouts and Guides held programme today on the eve of International Peace Day at S.H.Q, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. Most Revered I.D. Soni, Ex State Commissioner (S) J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides as Chief Guest Atual Kumar JKAS, Joint Director Youth Services and Sports, Jammu, was the Special Guests on the Occasion.
All the dignitaries took active part and gave their views on the Day of "International Peace Day 2022" under theme "End Racism and Build Peace" in a very impressive and touching manner, Their message was very much result oriented and Scouts & Guides were highly inspired to listen to them and felt motivated as they also shared about their journey in their respective fields. The credit to give practical shape to the thought of celebration this Day goes to Most Venerated Nasreen Khan, MM Joshi, HL Dogra. RC Vaid, PL Dubey. MM Joshi welcomed the Guests in an elegant manner.
J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides also congratulated and felicitated all the dignitaries as they had done their best in their respective fields and presented them a Shawl as a token of love and remembrance the celebration of International Peace Day 2022. All the Scouts and Guides to active part in the celebrations and also presented various activities on International Day of peace.
Other who graced the occasion with their presence were Principal of Various Schools, Ashok Sharma, R.C Vaid, K.L Sharma, Harvinder Kour, Manjeet Kour, Jyoti Verma, Neeru Talwar, MB Shawl, Rita Sharma, Jyoti Wali, Seema Sharma, Ritika Sharma, Monica. The whole programme was conducted by Uma Jamwal, State Coordinator, Messenger of Peace J&K.
Nasreen Khan, State Secretary cum Administrator officer presented the Vote of thanks.
