JAMMU, Dec 16: The former minister in Mufti Sayeeds’ coalition led Govt Raman Mattoo contesting once again from Habbakadal assembly constituency as an Independent candidate has said that if elected, the left over development works in the constituency will be completed within a year’s time.
Addressing the voters of the Habbakadal constituency at Purkhoo, Bardhi, Dinga Nagar, Talab Tillo and Mishriwala said that the problems faced by the migrants living in camps or outside the camps will be taken up in the assembly and ways will be find out to re-dress them at an earliest. He said since migration no political party played any positive role to mitigate the problems of Kashmiri Pandits. He said all the parties both national and regional for their personnel gains played dirty politics and created hatred between the regions and section of the society. Mattoo urged upon the voters don’t get misled by hollow slogans of these parties, but vote for the right candidate who in return will solve their long pending demands.
