| DPN capable of serving state efficiently: Khosa | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 16-Flaying successive governments for their poor performance, Democratic Party Nationalist leader and its contesting candidate from Jammu West, K.K. Khosa has said that his party was capable of serving the state efficiently in every respect.
Addressing series of public meetings across his constituency, Khosa said that it was an opportune time for the people to support his party and provide it a chance to serve them.
Lashing out at BJP, he said that its leaders were dead bent to divide the society by creating hatred among the people on the basis of religion or region.
He said that BJP pretended to be the sympathizers of Jammuties but did never anything worthwhile for the people of province.
What they did for the welfare of Jammu people when their government was in office for the period of more than six years, he asked.
“The BJP remained silent even being in power at the centre when National Conference committed every sort of excesses with the people of Jammu province,” he said and added that both BJP and Congress were responsible for the plight of people of Jammu.
He said that the non performance of Congress could well be gauged by the lack of development in Jammu province as it lacked even basic needs.
“The Kashmir centric policies of Congress can be understood by the fact that the Jammu province lagged behind in every respect even having Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister from Jammu province for the period of three years each,” he said
