Jodhamal youth conclave concludes

JAMMU, Oct 3: The three days of great enthusiasm, heated debates, parliamentary diplomacy and fun filled socials, the Jodhamal Youth Conclave concluded with a wave of firm conviction that now is the time for the youth to build human solidarity around the world with not only the nation but the world at peace not in pieces. The JYC theme for 2022 was "establishing morality in mayhem"
Overwhelming participation of nearly 400 students from around 20 schools attended this prestigious 3 days' function. Delegates from Mayo College, Ajmer, Scindia School, Gwalior and Yadavindra Public School, Patiala DPS amongst others also participated in JYC 2022.
The Chief Guest of the closing ceremony Dr. Ram Thakur, Academic Director KC Public School appreciated the effort being put up by the students and the faculty of Jodhamal Public School.
The best delegate were awarded to Tuhina, Anupriya Bawar from MCGS, Ajmer, Vihaan Gupta and Medhaj Pathania from KC public School, Jammu, Atharav Dabgotra from Heritage School, Jammu, Ryan Lamba from Jodhamal Public School, Jammu, Reeva Khedkar, Individual, Joaane from DPS Udhampur. The Outstanding delegates were awarded to Aahana Tak, Ridhima Chadha, Simran and Abhijay Charak, Individual, Aarav Handoo, Iqra Jahangir and Kshitij Goindi from Jodhamal Public School, Shambhavi Gupta from KC Public School, Khushi Rajput from KC International School, Sudaksh Raina from G D Goenka, Jammu.
JYC as usual was planned, organized and very successfully implemented by the Directorate of JYC. The Directorate of JYC 2022 were Karmanya Wahi, Lakshav Singh Sambyal, Ayaan Malhotra, Akshat Dogra, Kush Manchanda, Suhani Sharma, Vinisha Barala, Aanya Anand, Divyanshi Takroo and Harshal Chawla. The Conference Director is Anjali Gupta and the mentor teachers are Mubeen Butt, Deepmal and Pooja Sharma. Ms. Varisha Bari, Anoop and Karanpreet Kour are the Mentor cum Escort Teachers of Mayo College (Ajmer), Scindia Schools (Gwalior) and YPS Patiala. In last 2 days, three issues of MUNBelievable, the magazine of JYC 2022 were also released.
The JYC delegates witnessed amazing performances by School Choir Group and the school rock band "Stamped". Audio Video presentation was done of the "Giving Back to Society" activities, Charity, Scholarships, donations etc. done by the team Jodhamal in the recent years. As the function culminated with the 3 days of exhilarating debates, extremely fun socials and a plethora of emotions. The Directorate hopes that every delegate had a time which they would cherish. It was a unique experience to enhance their debating skills.
