| K.C Public School selected for National Dance Festival | | |

JAMMU, Dec 17: Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir Directorate of Youth Services and Sports selected fourteen students of K.C Public School Jammu to represent J&K State for the 4th National Balrang Folk dance festival scheduled to be held at Bhopal on 19th and 20th of December, 2008. These students will be performing a fusion of Dogri, Kashmiri and Ladakhi dance.
National Balrang Fok dance festival is celebrated every year at Bhopal organized by the Ministry of School Educaiton department on behalf of Ministry of Human Resource Development with the collaboration of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sanghralaya to foster the spirit of national integration and to create awareness of different cultural values and life style of various regions in India, the release added.
