| Batwal community appeals to Governor | | |

JAMMU, Dec 17: The Association of Urban Batwal Committee in its fresh appeal has mentioned to Governor N N Vohra (who also happens to be Chancellor, University of Jammu) the former Vice-Chancellor Professor Amitabh Mattoo in an annual function of non-teaching employee held on May this year at Zorawar Singh Auditorium, had publicly announced that he would very shortly appoint R.L Kaith as Assitant Registrar in the University.
As per a release, the Association further mentioned that Kaith is a double post-graduate and has qualified the written Entrance Test for the post of Assistant Registrar. About 125 Articles on various valuable topics, have been written by him and published in various news papers which show his calibre for hard work, it added.
The association has urged the chancellor for creation of a super numerary post of Assistant Registrar for Kaith, the release added.
