| Bovine smugglers arrested | | |

Jammu, Oct 13: Police party of police Station Kalakote under the supervision of SHO Kalakote Insp. Deepak Pathania and SDPO Nowshera Touseef Rishua established a naka at Kesar Gaala on Kalakote - Rajouri road for vehicle checking. During checking of vehicles, 02 tata mobile vehicles no. JK02AJ/6139 and JK20/6287 coming from Sialsui side were signalled to stop.
On checking, it was found loaded with 02 bovine animals tied with ropes in a merciless manner without fodder/water. Both the drivers were without any valid permission. Both the drivers namely Sajaf Shah S/O Yousuf Shah R/O Vill. Andh Teh. Kalakote and Mukhtiar Hussain @ Billu S/O Mohd. Hussain R/O Vill. Kharak Teh. Kalakote were taken into custody immediately.
In this connection, Case FIR nos. 91/22 U/S 188/IPC, 11/PCA Act and 92/22 U/S 188/IPC, 11/PCA Act have been registered at P/S Kalakote. |
