| Communal politics dangerous for secular fabric: PDF | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec17- Decrying the forces indulging in communal politics, Peoples Democratic Party leader and contesting candidate from Amira Kadal, S.K.Dudha said that his party would strive for communal harmony and unity of all the regions of the state.
In a statement issued here on Monday, S.K. Dudha said that the divisive politics being played by some forces across the state could prove dangerous for the age old composite culture of the state and the people of state should defeat such forces.
He said that in both the regions of the state, the political forces were indulging in opportunistic politics to get benefited through emotional speeches and slogans which is always a dangerous sign for the state.
He said that none of the political dispensations since independence could prove up to the expectations of people as a result of which the state was still lagging behind in every respect.
He said that the prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir proved the poor performance of successive governments in the state and urged upon the people to give PDF a chance to serve the society.“ The state lacks the basic amenities. There is scarcity of water even in capital cities of state which gives the impression of far-flung areas of state. Even after ruling the state for decades together, the political parties have failed to create avenues for employment in the state,” he said and added that it was an opportune time for the masses of state to support PDF for better future.
