| No perpetrator of targeted killing will be spared: Kavinder | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 15: Expressing earnest commiseration to the bereaved family of the Kashmiri Pandit, who was killed in Shopian terror attack, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta said that no perpetrator of such ghastly acts will be spared by the security forces, which are already on the job to hunt the culprits and eliminate them as soon as possible.
In a statement issued this evening, Kavinder made it clear that security forces know their responsibility and they will soon do the needful to teach the lesson to the perpetrators of this heinous crime in Shopian District. He said that targeted killings show the frustration of terror mongers who have been cornered by the brave security personnel deputed in the Valley and such horrendous acts speaks of their helplessness and fear of life.
Kavinder said that like in all other cases in the past, these killers will also be identified and finally eliminated from the soil of Kashmir as no entity which is supporting terrorism will be allowed to live in J&K or elsewhere in the country.
"This is a transitional period as security forces have maintained supremacy over the residual terror network and such unfortunate incidents are the sign that terrorists have been frustrated to such an extent that they are now attacking soft targets to spread fear psychosis among common people, which the government would not allow to happen", Kavinder said, adding that the days of terrorists in Valley are numbered and such incidents are testimony to fact that they are under immense pressure. |
