Jammu, Oct 17: An interactive panel discussion based on the principals of Ayurveda started with Vedic Chants hitting the cords of the age old traditions of the essence of Soulful Living.
Vicram Sharma scion of the famed Baidyanath family was the chief speaker who enlightened FICCI FLO JKL members on the principals and the practice of the 100 year old Baidyanath Group of companies which is the countries largest and oldest in this field. He spoke eloquently and gave invaluable tips on the importance of this practice in our lives. Dr. Mitali Gupta, Nutritionist addressed the nutritive values based on the tri-dosha and their implications for the benefit of well being and health.
Kanupriya Garg, Fitness Enthusiast and Yoga Practitioner conducted pranayam and meditation along with insightful tips on importance of integrating the practice of Yoga and breathing as an intrinsic part of the Ayurvedic way of life.
Kunwarani Ritu Singh moderated the session and imparted with her knowledge on the topic by giving her insights on the integration of mind body and soul that connects this age old tradition of the three. She prepared detox water and healthy snacks based on age old recipes recommended in Ayurveda.
The session was highly interactive as all members present posed question and answers to the panelist and also presented their views and doubts during the Q&A session, making it a memorable and successful session.
The session ended with a rendition of the Maha Mrityunjay Mantra by EC member Nitika Aggarwal a Vedic Astrologer.
