| Several join NC in Gandhi Nagar | | | EarlY Times Report
Jammu Dec18- A large number of prominent persons, including youths from Gandhi Nagar assembly constituency, joined National Conference in support of S. Tarlochan Singh Wazir party's candidate from Gandhi Nagar Assembly constituency, in presence of Omar Abdullah President J&K National Conference, here today.
While joining the party they expressed confidence in the people friendly programme and policies of the party and said that National Conference is the only party in the state which has the capacity and the will to work for the welfare and development of the state and its people.
"It is all because of the people friendly program and polices of the party that inclined us to join this premier political party of the state", they said.
Omar welcomed the new entrants into the party fold and hoped that their joining into the party will further strengthen the party and will further brighten the winning prospects of S. Tarlochan Singh Wazir.
Ajay Sadhotra, Provincial President Jammu province, Rattan Lal Gupta, S. Tarlochan Singh Wazir, Aijaz Jan, Rajesh Bakshi, Surinder Singh Jamwal and Shyam Mehra, who were also present on the occasion also welcomed their joining into the party.
Those who joined the party were Deepak Handa, Garish Bhatia, Satbir Singh, Ahbimanyu Bakshi, Dr. Vikram Handa, Sunil Khullar, Amit Kohli, Rajiv Khorana, Rajat Chadha, Krishan Ji Koul, Sanjay Kohli and Amit Bali.
