The employees condemned the recent attack on innocent minority laboures of UP and have shown their anguish over the security lapse in Kashmir. The Hindus in Kashmir are not safe as they are being targeted by militants daily. The Kashmir Freedom Fighters took the responsibility of killings and warned through a threat letter that the attacks on Kashmir pundits, non local Hindu employees and workers shall remain continue. It is not possible for the security agencies and administration to provide security to all the minority employees, the government should take the immediate action to transfer the minority employees from Kashmir to Jammu without any delay. These employees are not in such a position to perform their duties in Kashmir. The situation in Kashmir for minorities is worse and the parents of Jammu Based Employees are not willing to send their children to Kashmir to perform their duties. One of the parent of employees reiterated that if their son will go to Kashmir to resume his duty, then after few days they will surely get dead body of their son wrapped in a coffin. The employees are ready to offer mass resignation if their demand of transfer policy will not be fulfilled by LG administration.
All the socio religious organization of Jammu gave their ample support to the justified demand of these employees.
