| Poonch admin team visits tourism potential areas to promote Home Stay facility, Govt schemes | | |

POONCH, Oct 23: To explore tourism potential in Pir Panchal Region and to successfully implement the Government Schemes to benefit general public, a joint team of district administration and Poonch Development Authority conducted an extensive tour of tourism potential areas with the purpose to identify Home Stay facility at village level and inspect ongoing work at tourist destination Danna Shahsattar
Chief Executive officer, PDA Dr Tanveer Ahmed Khan along with Cultural officer JKAACL Rajouri Poonch Dr Alamdar Adam, Naib Tehsildars and Patwari from some Niyabats of Tehsil Mendhar, and Sarpenches Shoket Hussain, Mohammad Taj, Shuban Ahmed Khan and Panches interacted with general public with the purpose to educate and aware them about the Government Schemes particularly easy availability of online revenue records for every person.
Hundreds of Peoples of these Panchayats participated in the awareness drive and appreciated the efforts of the local Administration under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Poonch as well as LG Administrations for smooth conduct of such type of developmental works in far flung areas. |
